Robb, on the other side of the fence, was born in New York City to a first generation Italian American mother and a second generation Irish American father. Growing up, family was everything and weekends were like family reunions with 3 generations of family gathering for visits. Being raised in an urban environment and in a mixed culture, Robb developed strong survival and communication skills. Robb loves all things Italian and is an avid cook and operagoer. There's nothing like the 3rd act of Puccini's "Turandot" at the Met. Robb owes his strong work ethic and values to his parents, who worked two and three jobs so the family could have everything. Like Jeff, Robb also loves to travel and has a belief that for as hard as one works, one must also be able to revitalize. Robb has a great love of taking cruises for this reason. When you work with Robb you get all the loyalty and hard work you deserve when you expect someone to represent you and that comes from his roots and his heart.

The most important thing to look for when you are shopping for a mortgage is the interest rate, right? Not necessarily. There are many other factors to consider, including the lender's charges for making the loan, the terms under which the loan will be approved, and the lender's reputation for timely completion of loan applications to meet purchase agreement deadlines.
When real estate agents are involved in sales transactions, they don't tell buyers which mortgage companies to use. They can provide the names of established lenders who have provided good service to their customers. They can give general information about the different mortgage options that are available today. Using a low interest rate as the main criteria for choosing a mortgage could cost you money--and perhaps the home you want--if the company cannot deliver on its promises.
